Yakhont Oyster-Mussel Plantation at Moscow Dive Show 2017

12 Jan 2017

Sensation. During the whole Moscow Dive Show festival, a degustation of Black Sea oysters, grown on Yakhont oyster and mussel plantation in the Crimean Katsiveli, will be offered at AlphaSport's stand К2/1.

The Yakhont farm was founded by a wonderful family of Sergey Viktorovich Kulik and his wife Nadezhda, who have succeeded in revitalizing the production and growing of excellent Black Sea oysters.

The oyster farm houses a small inn with a cozy restaurant, where you can try and enjoy the whole range of the farm products, accompanied by the gorgeous Chardonnay Inkerman white wine. As the farm grows triploid oysters, they are edible all year long.

At Moscow Dive Show, you will have a chance to meet and talk in person to this wonderful family of the first sea farmers, and also plan your holiday and diving trip to the Black Sea. But, most importantly, during the whole period of the show there will be a degustation of Black Sea oysters that owe their delicate taste to lower salt content in the Black Sea water.
