Predelnaya Glubina magazine and Moscow Dive Show don't miss any important diving exhibition. In April, we had our stand at the main Asian show – ADEX Singapore, where the travel business of Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia and the Maldives is most densely concentrated. According to the surveys conducted among the visitors of Moscow Dive Show 2017, more than half of the whole Russian diving tourism is related to these countries. The same countries have also been the most active participants of the Moscow show and advertisers in the Predelnaya Glubina magazine.
Apart from the South East Asia, the diving industries of Australia, Fiji, the Solomon Islands, and Mexico were widely represented at ADEX.
Interesting changes have taken place over the last 5 years. While earlier a yacht or a resort was focused exceptionally on one market – for instance, a Spanish yacht attracted only Spanish tourists – the new economic reality sets new rules, demanding flexibility and simultaneous servicing of 3 or 4 different markets to hedge the risk of a drop on one of these markets (which is happening all the time).
It was very nice to see Aleksey Molchanov with his inspiring presentation at the main stage in the hall full of attentive listeners. We thank Aleksey for finding the time to visit our stand, although it was not so easy.
Apart from Alexey, two well-known participants, NDL and Leaderfins, were noticed. NDL competes with other training systems and vigorously storms the Asian markets.
Leaderfins, a producer of carbon fiber fins, attracts attention not only by the high quality of its carbon but also by its interesting blade design.
Another sign of modernity is the development of online booking systems for divers. On the plus side is a convenient interface and a two-day booking period, while the absence of the individual approach is a drawback.
The participants of the ADEX 2017 noticed an increase in the number of Russian-speaking guests in the last six months with a sigh of relief: our divers are welcome and awaited!

- New routes were developed for luxurious Indonesian yachts Arenui, Damai и Samambaia. These yachts will participate in Moscow Dive Show 2018.
- A good partner of Predelnaya Glubina magazine, the Indonesian Tasik Ria Resort, known by its affordable prices, extended its presence on Komodo, Bali, Lembeh and Derawan islands.
- 7 SEAS (Gili Air) from Bali starts to offer technical diving.
- Papua Explorers are again the champions of service quality on Raja Ampat Islands.
- Fish'n'fins, the main dive center on Palau, created a family program for summer holidays.
- Ocean Travel Asia (Maldives) bought a DEEPFLIGHT SUPER FALCON 3S submarine and will start offering underwater flights to its guests as early as in May.
- Mike Lever from Nautilus Liveaboards represented the islands of Socorro and Guadalupe and, of course, presented a thing no safari can be imagined without – a NAUTILUS MARINE RESCUE GPS.
- Agressor fleet announced a new route to Roatan Island. Yes, Honduras becomes trendy!
- No underwater photographer would stay uninterested at the stand of Australian SUBAL. We hope to see this legendary brand at the list of participants of Moscow Dive Show 2018.
