Inside the elbows and behind the knees there are insertions with special wide embossing at articulations for greater freedom of movement. Flex System 2 more than doubles the area covered by the Focea Comfort 4. There are seamless stretch panels at articulations to reduce abrasion (armpits, inside elbows and behind knees). High quality pre-forming make for the curvature of the lower back and crotch to give a snugger-fitting anatomical suit.
Elaskin 8.8 stretch panel in the lumbar region offers improved flexibility around the rear zip fastener for improved comfort especially when bending down to prepare and/or fit equipment, especially out of the water. The Free Flex Zone located around the shoulders and the back ensures flexibility at the junction of the torso and the arms to offer greater freedom of movement. Inner layer Fireskin is a warm, water repellent fabric with a specially structured weave that offers a high degree of thermal protection. The fins functional design is inspired by underwater animals. Fins structure is aimed at amplifying a diver’s kick impulse. A special sophisticated form blade increases the surface of the blade during the stroke and acts as an energy accumulator. On returning to its original form, this mass of water is forced to the rear in line with the fin by the central membrane. The fin thus outputs all the energy accumulated to deliver an effective thrust that considerably multiplies the initial effort made by the diver.
The response of the fin varies according to the demand expressed by the power that the diver puts into their finstroke: powerful and reactive when needed, easy-to-handle at low finning frequencies.
The blade adapts to the kick type and produces a directional thrust in line with the blade. An excellent fin not only for the traditional kick, but also for frog kick. A high performance fin for divers at all levels of ability.
By amplifying displacement velocity with less fin effort, fins design reduces air-consumption and hence the diver’s energy expenditure. Fins allow to stay in the water long time without accumulating muscles fatigue. The fins are powerful enough to enable divers to deal with the most difficult currents and conditions.
