The film tells about expeditions and discoveries on the river Tobol. In 2004, the team of the Ural Dive Center "Triton" discovered the so-called Bone lens on the Tobol River (Kurgan Oblast) ? the place of an abnormally large accumulation of fragments of extinct animals. As it turned out later, this place is the only place in Europe. Now unique discoveries from this place embellish museums’ expositions.

About manatees and crocodiles...
In 1971, Jacques Yves Coustea made a film about the manatees of the Crystal River. The authors of the film got interested in what happened to them in 45 years. The filming took place in the same place, in 2016 in the USA, in the Everglades National Park.
The second part of the episode is filmed at the reef of Chinchorro Bank - the last place untouched by the civilization in the Caribbean, where the largest population of crocodiles is found.
