The seminar of the Russian Underwater Sports Federation at the exhibition is organized for divers, instructors and heads of diving clubs.
Round table "Underwater tourism according to the law": Legal issues of organizing the activities of instructors and guides in underwater tourism in 2025. In 2024, amendments were made to the Federal Law of November 24, 1996 No. 132-FZ "On the Fundamentals of Tourist Activity in the Russian Federation".
The round table plans to:
1. Familiarize those present with the provisions of the Federal Law concerning underwater tourism (diving).
2. Expected positive results of introducing regulation in the industry.
3. Recommendations for professionals on organizing legal activities in the field of diving.
4. Certification procedure roadmap for a professional.
5. Control of ROIV-of and the KOAPP project are designed to motivate market participants to comply with the requirements of the law.
The round table will be attended by representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
Round table "Medicine for divers and divers":
