This year, the food court will again feature about 6 types of oysters from different countries – Russia, Japan, UAE, Morocco, New Zealand. These will be wild and farmed oysters from the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans, collected on different sides of the equator, as well as exclusive types from the most interesting corners of the planet. This is the best that can be found in Moscow today.
The price at the exhibition will vary from 350 to 600 rubles per piece. When buying a dozen, there will be a special offer. Oysters will be served on crushed ice with a classic accompaniment: lemons, Mignonette sauce (wine vinegar, shallots and ground pepper and hot sauces based on peppers).
At the Vkusoteka stand, they will help you with your choice, tell you about each type of oyster, their taste characteristics and, if desired, teach you how to open them. In addition, you will be able not only to taste oysters directly at the exhibition, but also to take them home in a special container.
