WILD DELICACY FAIR.
To sample truly fresh and delicious seafood in the capital, you need to know the right places. From February 19th to 22nd, that place will be Gostiny Dvor, where a true gastronomic festival will unfold for guests of the Moscow Dive Show!
X25 – the most visited stand at the delicacy fair – is "Vkusoteka." The freshest oysters of six varieties from various countries are priced from 350 to 600 rubles each. A special offer applies when purchasing a dozen. In addition to oysters, the stand will also sell other seafood delicacies: scallops, caviar, crab, cod liver and tongue, and much more. Here, you'll be told about each type of oyster, their flavor characteristics, and, if desired, will be taught how to open them. You can also take away seafood in special containers.
Next door at X24, you'll find stuffed snails from the company "Snails of Solnechnykh Kholmov" – a light, filling, and quick-to-prepare hot appetizer. At the fair, you can get six snails of your choice on a baguette for 1,000 rubles. Or, buy a dozen frozen snails with three different fillings for 1,500 rubles. For gourmets, there will be snails with horseradish and pickled cucumber! You can also dine on vegetable cream soup with snails for 500 rubles.
"Kamchatka Delicacies" (X19) offers fish prepared in every possible way: baked toothfish, cold-smoked beluga, chinook salmon stewed with cherries, caviar, and canned goods.
Meat lovers will be delighted with genuine organic delicacies made from horse meat, lamb, wild boar, turkey, duck, quail, and rabbit. For meat products, head to the stands "World of Cheeses and Meat Delicacies" (X22), "Gourmet Shop" (X20), "Game Delicacy" (X18), "Georgian Shop" (X12), "Delicacy Shop" (X10), and "Hunting Delicacy" (X3).
The cheeses on display at the exhibition are "Magic of Taste" (X23), "Vorontsov Cheeses" (X14), "Adyghe Cheeses" (X5), and "Private Cheese Factory No. 1" (X1). Young, aged, hard, semi-hard, with white and blue mold, with washed rinds, and other cheeses made to signature recipes—all available for sampling and purchase.
The main honey exhibits include "Mountain Honey" (X21), "Honey and Mead from the Voevodin Family Apiary" (X17), "Stewed Berries. Honey. Tea" (X16), "Altai Mountain Honey" (X11), and "Ani and Sergey's Apiary" (X6).
X2 is a stand for coffee lovers and those with a sweet tooth. It features 14 varieties of coffee, 8 types of cocoa, and 40 types of chocolate from Italy.
The sweets theme continues with stands selling eco-chocolate (X4), Alcreme ice cream (F6/1), "Forest Sweets" (X9), "Sweet House" (X8), and IZH.BERRY (X7). And at X13, the aromatic "Mountain Tea" will be on offer. At X15,
you can try shangi, a traditional northern pastry of the Komi people. And you can treat yourself to traditional Maslenitsa pancakes at "AM:PM Pancakes" at F6/6.
It's impossible to leave hungry!
Especially since there's
a FOOD COURT right next to the delicacy fair . Here you can snack on pies and sandwiches or have a full lunch. Wash it all down with tea, wine, or beer.
SECRETS OF THE UNDERWATER MICROWORLD
A well-fed person will have more fun examining the pelagics in the microscope area—"Secrets of the Underwater Microworld"—one of the favorite spots for both adults and children at the Moscow Dive Show, where Konstantin Neverov, a PhD in biology, oversees the test tubes and research samples.
Every day, there are lectures for adults and children, accompanied by computer-based illustrations and a hands-on demonstration on the table. Choose the one that interests you most, or better yet, come to them all! Bring your children—they'll love it.

UNDERWATER IMAGE GALLERY
The largest underwater photography exhibition in Russia and the world: over 160 photographs taken in the most unusual corners of the planet, from Antarctica to wild tropical islands, in distant seas and inconspicuous lakes, sunken caves, and ancient ships. Everything hidden from the average person's eyes has been captured by aces of aquaphotography and presented to Moscow Dive Show attendees.
Experienced underwater photographer and traveler Evgeny Marochkin will present a separate exhibition of his work
. At booth C7/3, marine artist Marina Kusraeva will display her work.
Almost any work you like can be purchased at the end of the exhibition.

Every year, the exhibition brings together leading publishers of water-themed books for adults and children. It's another must-see shopping spot at the Moscow Dive Show. This year, Book Island features:
Laminaria Publishing House will present educational and adventure novelties such as "How to Breathe Underwater?", "Rick Nautilus: The Ghost Ship," "My Piece of the Lake," and "City Underwater: Wimmelbuch."
For young visitors, Laminaria Publishing House has prepared daily master classes for visitors: "Goldfish," "Sea Crown," and "Turtle Postcard." You can visit the company's booth from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM any day of the exhibition and participate in a master class of your choice.
KompasGid Publishing House will present fascinating books for children and teenagers: "The Darkness of Aniva," "My Brother Bzou," "Lighthouse—Look!", and "On Land and in the Ocean: Labyrinths."
