Freediving ideas for Moscow Dive Show 2026 – which booths to visit and how much to budget. Let's walk through the exhibition and map out a freediving route.

The right entrance to Gostiny Dvor leads directly to a sanctuary of freediving booths. Immediately upon entering, on the left, is the huge retail booth R1/3 of the Open Dive store, offering a wide selection of discounted products, sure to find what a freediver needs: wetsuits, fins, masks, and snorkels.

To the right, at E1/2, is the multi-brand Divescub store : masks, snorkels, fins, dive computers, weight belts, and freediving buoys.

At E2/1, Watchsport , the official Russian distributor of Suunto and Garmin, will be presenting more than just dive watches and computers. The company will raffle off the smart swimming goggles to freedivers on Saturday during the "Gift Hour."

B1 – travel with the magazine Ultimate Depth. Every year, freedivers are becoming increasingly prominent among the participants, because a good half of the trips are interesting and comfortable not only for those who choose the easy way with a tank on their back. Freediving ideas for the 2026 season:
- Four liveaboards in the Maldives. Classic itineraries in August and September, and unique trips to the rarely visited atolls of the southwest in November;
- Family safaris in Egypt in the summer on the most beautiful yacht, with daily island hopping, swims with dolphins, and live entertainment for children;
- In September, an absolute freediving hit – a trip to the diving grandmothers, the Hyeonae, on the South Korean island of Jeju. There are only a few oases of unique national cultures left on the planet, where human life is inextricably linked with diving – the sea gypsies of Indonesia, pearl divers in Papua, and the Hyeonae divers on Jeju Island. We'll be visiting these brave Korean grandmothers, who dive daily, holding their breath, in search of seafood. Let's go out to sea together, dive and film, cook our catch, and listen to instructive stories from fearless conquerors of the deep, many of whom are over 80 years old and still in action! They also whistle mysteriously between dives, a secret recovery technique.
- In October, there's a fascinating trip to Tioman Island, Malaysia. Besides diving with divers, there's an easy and comfortable beach launch option. Surrounded by jungle, exotic plants, and chameleons.

Among domestic trips, the highlight is freediving with Steller sea lions and spotted seals on the protected Moneron Island. There will only be one trip in August.
