TORTUGA is about life! A life of diving and a love of the whole underwater world, learning and traveling, hanging out and adventure! For 14 years now, the dive center has been giving people the opportunity to look under the water, break the usual circle of events, and break the routine.
The mission of the dive center is to make you a little happier with diving and give you new opportunities.

In 2021, the TORTUGA Recreation Center became the only PADI 5 STAR IDC dive center in St. Petersburg and Northwestern Russia. They strictly adhere to ISO and PADI standards and place high demands on a professional team.

The leading instructor of the TORTUGA recreation center is Elena Naida, the course director of PADI and the EFR instructor-trainer. An international manager, SMM-targetologist has developed a unique program of additional training and support for dive professionals. The program aims to help you become successful entrepreneurs in the dive industry. The TORTUGA team travels all over the world. Each organized trip is unique. If you want to go north, you can go to the White Sea or the Barents Sea. If you want to spend the weekend, here's Ladoga for you! Want so that uh! The Galapagos Islands!
