To taste truly fresh and tasty seafood in the capital, you need to know the places. From February 8 to 11, such a place will be Gostiny Dvor, where a real gastronomic festival will unfold for guests of the Moscow Dive Show 2024 exhibition! There will be several types of oysters, sea urchins, stuffed snails, wild fish and caviar from all the seas and rivers of Russia. You can’t do without farm products: jerky, dried and stewed meat, pates, dumplings and sausages, all kinds of cheeses, honey, homemade pickles, jams and other delicacies!
* Not a single delicacy fair is complete without the "queen” of seafood, the oyster; at Moscow Dive Show 2024 you will be able to taste about 6 (!) types of oysters from different countries - Russia, Japan, UAE, Morocco, New Zealand. These will be wild and farmed oysters from the Pacific and Atlantic oceans, grown on opposite sides of the equator. The best that can be collected today in Moscow. The oysters will be served on crushed ice with a classic accompaniment: lemons, Mignonette sauce (wine vinegar, shallots, ground pepper and hot sauces based on red peppers).
At the Vkusoteka oyster stand X19 they will tell you about each type of oyster, their taste characteristics and, if desired, teach you how to open it. In addition, you will not only be able to enjoy oysters directly at the fair, but also take them with you in a special container. The cost of one oyster, depending on the type, is from 250 to 500 rubles.
* Next door at stand X18 are stuffed snails from the Sunny Hills Snails company - an easy, satisfying and quick-to-prepare hot appetizer. At the exhibition you will be able to buy a boat with your choice of 3 snails on a baguette for 400 rubles. 12 frozen snails with three different fillings can be purchased for 1,499 rubles.
* Kamchatka fish (stand X17) of all possible cooking methods will be presented at the festival: baked toothfish, cold smoked beluga, Chinook salmon stewed in cherries, red caviar - everyone will find a treat to their liking.
* Meat lovers will be delighted with real environmentally friendly delicacies made from horse meat, lamb, wild boar, turkey, duck, quail, and rabbit. These delicacies will decorate any holiday table, become an exquisite gift or souvenir from Russia, and will pleasantly surprise true hunters and true connoisseurs of meat products. * At the GribnikOF company stand (X11) you will be able to taste and purchase salted and pickled mushroomsfor every taste: boletus, boletus, saffron milk caps, milk mushrooms, boletus mushrooms! Assorted mushroom caviar, mushroom spices (ground porcini mushroom without adding salt and pepper). Fermented fireweed tea, accompanied by raspberry, cloudberry, strawberry, blueberry, cherry, sweet cherry, strawberry or pumpkin jam. Here, lovers of salty foods will also find crispy lightly salted cucumbers and tomatoes marinated in honey. And for dessert, soaked apples and dried berries.
* Stands X10 "Vorontsov Cheeses” and X5 "Private Cheese Factory No. 1” are responsible for the cheeses at the festival. Young, aged, hard, semi-hard, with white and blue mold, with washed rind and other cheeses according to original recipes - you can try and buy everything.
And at stand X6 "Golden Adygea” you can try real Adyghe cheese : all types of Chechil, Suluguni, 15 varieties of cheese.
* You can’t do without honey with the aroma of Altai mountain herbs and delicious homemade marshmallows and marmalade - stands "Mountain Altai” (X7) and "Altai honey” (X8, X9) and delicious berries in yogurt filling and nuts in Belgian chocolate from the BossBerry company (stand X1).
At F11 you will be treated to pies, and at X13 you will be able to try the traditional northern pastry of the Komi people - shangi.
