Heroes of the Deep 2024 The reconnaissance and diving team released a new film, "Lefort. Return of the Baltic Legend," which tells the story of a maritime disaster that happened 165 years ago.
"The battleship Lefort sank in September 1857 under unclear circumstances. In 2013, the only monument of sailing shipbuilding of this scale on the planet was discovered by divers.
Only 10 people in the world have seen the ship, which lies on the bottom in almost perfect condition.
The reconnaissance and diving team returns 10 years later to find the cause of the Lefort's demise. The divers undertake a unique operation to get inside the ship and understand whether it was an accident? Malicious intent? Will the search team succeed in this incredible underwater operation, and what secrets does the giant wreck hold inside?
At the same time, a group of students undertakes to study previously unknown archival documents and find out the historical background of the tragedy.
