"Arctic Fish" is a member of the indigenous peoples community "Mukustur". Their main activity is hunting and fishing. The company will present unique Siberian delicacies and offer the exhibition guests the opportunity to enjoy them. In fact, this is a real family business: the father fishes, and the daughter will proudly provide us with the freshest fish right at our delicacy fair!

Visitors to the exhibition will be able to try Taimyr whitefish – a real pearl of Yenisei, with a delicate and rich taste with a unique aroma of fresh cucumber. This delicacy has already won the recognition of lovers of fish delicacies.

Guests will not miss the opportunity to get acquainted with another Siberian delicacy - Taimyr whitefish! This fish, although little known to residents of central Russia, is famous for its quality: it lives only in northern waters, especially in the Arctic Circle. Whitefish, or shchokur, as it is called locally, belongs to the whitefish family and is distinguished by its high fat content, which makes its meat not only tasty, but also healthy.
