Vitaly Ivanovich Vinogradov is a loud and respected name in the underwater hunting community. A famous underwater hunter, a member of the Union of Journalists of Russia, an active defender of the rights of underwater hunters, a hero of the day, who celebrated 65 years of personal underwater hunting experience in 2024, and continues to hunt both in summer and winter (in the summer of 2025, the hero of the day will turn 80 years old!) will take the stage of the Moscow Dive Show 2025 to receive a well-deserved award in the nomination "Ultimate Depth of Influence".
Underwater hunting appeared in the life of the then young Vitaly at the age of 14. First there was Crimea, then the Caspian, but over time Vitaly Vinogradov switched to freshwater hunting, more diverse and interesting in his opinion. He had to learn on his own by trial and error. And since 1985, Vitaly Ivanovich began writing about his favorite hobby, making life easier for those who came to underwater hunting after him. Over 24 years of his journalistic and writing career, Vitaly Vinogradov has authored 9 books and more than 600 articles and stories about underwater hunting. Not limiting himself to the epistolary genre, member of the United Council of the Federation of Underwater Fishing of Russia Vitaly Ivanovich Vinogradov has been defending the interests of underwater hunters in word and deed for many years, which, alas, many are trying to infringe.
Vitaly Ivanovich enjoys the process of hunting and communicating with nature, without regard to the size of the trophies. And he himself admits that the personal significance of the catch is much more valuable to him than the size.
For many years of experience, educational and human rights activities and a huge contribution to the popularization of underwater hunting, we will consider it an honor to present Vitaly Ivanovich Vinogradov with our underwater "Oscar" at the show "Heroes of the Depth".
The show "Heroes of the Depth" will take place on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at 17:00 on the stage of the Gostiny Dvor in Moscow. Any guest of the Moscow Dive Show 2025 can become a spectator of the show, just buy an entrance ticket to the exhibition.
